How to Whitelist Our Domain

By whitelisting our domain, you ensure that all emails from growingspaces.com bypass your spam filter and reach your inbox. If you need more detailed instructions for a specific email client, consulting the help section of that client can be useful.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select See all settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. Click Create a new filter.
  5. In the From field, enter the domain you want to whitelist using the format @growingspaces.com.
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
  8. Click Create filter again.

Outlook (Web)

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select View all Outlook settings.
  3. Go to Mail > Junk email.
  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
  5. Enter the domain you want to whitelist (e.g., growingspaces.com).
  6. Click Save.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log in to Yahoo Mail.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select More Settings.
  3. Go to Filters.
  4. Click Add new filters.
  5. Name the filter and set the From field to the domain you want to whitelist using the format @growingspaces.com.
  6. Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox.
  7. Click Save.

Apple Mail (iOS)

  1. Open Mail and go to an email from the domain you want to whitelist.
  2. Tap the sender’s name or email address in the From field.
  3. Tap Add to Contacts to save the sender’s information.
  4. Ensure that the email is not marked as junk by selecting the message, tapping the Flag icon, and selecting Mark as Not Junk.

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Open Mail and go to an email from the domain you want to whitelist.
  2. Click on the sender’s name or email address in the From field.
  3. Select Add to Contacts to save the sender’s information.
  4. Ensure that the email is not marked as junk by selecting the message, clicking the Junk Mail icon, and selecting Mark as Not Junk.

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.
  2. Click Junk in the Delete group.
  3. Select Junk Email Options.
  4. Go to the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Click Add and enter the domain you want to whitelist (e.g., growingspaces.com).
  6. Click OK.
