Customer Appreciation Event 2024

It’s all about you! We want to thank you for your loyalty and support as customers and give you a forum to gather with fellow or aspiring Dome Owners. Bring your family and/or plus one for a day of all things dome grown.

The day will begin with a meet and greet, special gifts, and registration for the raffle—you must be present to win. There will be time in the morning and afternoon to tour all six dome sizes on our campus. Make yourself at ‘dome.’

We’ll have children’s activities like rock painting and a planting station.

The morning will be filled with a range of informative talks to pick from. Founder, Udgar Parsons will speak about the winter garden; our very own Production Manager, Matt Deguise will cover Growing Dome maintenance; local Extension Agent, Terry Schaaf will be able to answer all your questions about food preservation; Matt Klemm, one of our Professional Installers and permaculture expert will also share his knowledge; while Bart Eller, founder of Paonia Soil, will present a class on soil health.

Our helpful staff will be on hand to answer your greenhouse and gardening questions.

Back by popular demand is the build-your-own taco bar from Los Dos Charros featuring chicken, beef, and vegetable options.

Our day will conclude with a blessing as Charles Martinez, a Native American flute player known for his performances at Chimney Rock, will play us on our way.

If you are visiting and looking for things to do, check out our list of Things to Do in Pagosa Springs.

Please RSVP by August 30th using the form below. Attendance will be limited, so register early

We respect your privacy.

Laura Dollar Marketing Coordinator
Having lived in Pagosa since 2001, I’m very familiar with Growing Spaces and have been interested in their geodesic dome design since we moved here. I got my start in gardening in the challenging conditions that Pagosa has to offer. In a previous role with the Southwest Land Alliance, I was able to contribute my graphic design services to the Geothermal Greenhouse Project, which features these unique domes. I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years and am excited now to be joining the marketing team and supporting the Growing Spaces community.
